Heather at Fountain Aesthetic is an ARTIST! So articulate and talented. It’s not easy to find someone you don’t know who you feel comfortable enough to tattoo your face but Heather is that person!! I’ve recommended her to all of my friends and they also loved her. Highly recommend!
