Excellent service. I was kept updated on the progress of my purchase by extremely personable staff members who deserve to be highly commended. There was a delay with my order which was unavoidably longer than predicted. As a result it was delivered in person by a member of the team. This level of customer service is rare and much appreciated.

I’ve never had a better experience than at Betta. Not only was the staff super friendly but went completely above and beyond to help me and my multiple inquiries. Over the past fourteen years we have purchased a number of electrical appliances and soft furnishings from Betta Electrical Rosebud. This time we purchased a dishwasher and as always, the process from start to finish was simple. They patiently showed us the dishwashers in our price range explaining features and service back up.
