The person dealing with me (Daryl) was very helpful and courteous, however, a female staff member snapped at me for not being aware of which items they could order in, and that there were some they could not. I was quite taken aback with her attitude, which made what had been up until then a pleasant interaction at a store I have bought quite a few things previously, with no such unpleasantness. Maybe she was having a bad day, but there's no need to make mine just as bad.
I am incredibly grateful to Sam and Kieran for their exceptional assistance with my recent order and delivery. The customer service was top-notch. My new washing machine and fridge are perfect, and the new mattress is amazingly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud! I highly recommend them and will certainly return to purchase my upcoming dishwasher and bar fridge. Thank you so much!
Excellent service. I was kept updated on the progress of my purchase by extremely personable staff members who deserve to be highly commended. There was a delay with my order which was unavoidably longer than predicted. As a result it was delivered in person by a member of the team. This level of customer service is rare and much appreciated.
