Hopeless surgery with Mickey Mouse’s as staff. You ring them at 8am everyday. Kept on hold for ages for them to answer. To be then told there are no appointments available. Place needs shutting down. Poor service to all patients. Overall a risk to the public or any service user that requires their service. Wonder how many of there patients have died because of there incompetences.
Keep ring up for an appointment but told none available ? You go on line and it says none available 16 weeks in advance ? .You get through at bang on 8am to be told ring back later . How are people actually getting appointments is beyond me . Richard Spear .

Thank you so much for the patience and support Tracy and Daniella gave me every time i need to see a doctor in an emergency. Very approachable. Amazing ladies.
Every time I call at 8 :00 my call never go through and says there are maximum calls and to call later I can keep calling for more then 30 minutes and still the same answer. How is possible that y call never go through? I can barely use the GP service. I always end up having to go to walking center. I work go NHS and I think this is unacceptable. Really bad service and receptionist can be quite rude.
