Great gym!
Most chilled out gym I've been to. The owner is extremely nice. Recently had to cancel my membership due to moving further away but it was an extremely pleasant experience even throughout the cancellation process. I haven't found a gym with this environment where I'm currently living. Will definitely go back if circumstances allow me.
I really enjoy working out at Foundry Gym in Hallam because it fits perfectly with my schedule. Since I’m up early to work out, the gym's hours align well with my routine. Being there at 4 a.m. gives me the advantage of having the place mostly to myself, which makes it easier to focus and get my workouts done efficiently.
