Dropped in from out of town. 8am class is great! Attentive coach that cares about the clients. Happy people in the community. Gym was cool and very clean. I’m happy to pay their drop in fee. Really neat T-Shirts for sale too!
I wanted to join this program so I reached out, the owner Gene said he could help me. He informed me that I had to pay a package 1st to join classes, I'm not to knowledgeable on how they have their programs, I was instructed to take 3 one-on-one classes, that would be $120 if I were to make the first initial appointment, then the very next day they would charge me the $215 monthly membership. Let me start by saying one of my top priorities is finding a local CrossFit. I got my level I back in 2010 and I’ve worked out in plenty of boxes. So let me cut to the chase. Gene is absolutely one of the best. The facility is perfect for CrossFit and the coaching is primo. I don’t know what else to tell you. I’ve grown so much since joining The Foundry CrossFit. Getting back into shape has been an amazing experience, and the coaches are always supportive. Whenever I’ve had an injury, they’ve modified workouts without judgment and made sure I could keep progressing safely. The 9:00 AM class is my favorite!! The community is uplifting, encouraging, and makes every workout enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Did two drop-ins and got some great pointers on adjustments to my DL stance from Lynette, she rocked and took the time during the movements to give all the athletes adjustments. I’ll be back again when in the area! Great space & good location for my visit!
