Awesome facility!!! Great trainers !!!
Obsessed with this gym and the coaches. As someone who was a little intimated to show up by myself and learn how to lift weights (properly!), they made me feel so welcomed from day 1. The owner Kris, along with ALL of the coaches, have been SO incredibly encouraging and helpful. They make you feel so empowered. This is hands down the best gym in Michigan. Not just because of the world class coaches, programming, or equipment. I have yet to see a stronger community, and you can feel it the minute you walk into the gym. The hype here is real.
Such an amazing gym to be a member of. The atmosphere in there is energetic and positive, and it’s easy to build strength with such great coaches.
I did a free trial at this gym and it is a no brainer to continue on afterwards! I don’t know a split squat from a deadlift and the people were *so* kind and supportive. What could have been so intimidating wasn’t at all. I did a personal training session with LeBraun, who immediately was able to assess the cause of my long term back pain and with a few changes in movement my quality of life is so much better.
