Raven was a great help.
Customer 24 hour has a recorded line that pretends to be a live agent and hangs up on customers. My account was put on hold on a Friday afternoon after business hours and their 24 hour customer service phone line was on there website for me to call just to be put on a pre recorded message that pretend to be a live agent and hangs up on customers.
DON’T BANK HERE! Rude and disrespectful and downright illegal practices.
