Opened a new account for my ******* ******* son and they seem to have enrolled him in some overdraft protection we never wanted. Transfers in take extra days, so the account didn't always have funds on time. They would allow the small purchases, but then asses $32 fees over and over. A $400 account had almost $300 in "convenience" fees for micro purchases. We never knew was happening, the balance was slowly disappearing and they of course tell us to read the fine print. CLOSING account for sure!

This place is horrible!!!! I signed for a loan for a person that tried that obviously they can see to get the loan, and yes I know that is my fault for doing but so called person went to bank and gave a shit story and now they are taking money with out asking from my accounts on that person story ,, so I would strongly advise against this credit union that is their line and reason for being able to do this is that is what they are and don’t have the same laws as a bank , but I wouldn’t recommend my dog to this place in Gaffn... read more

Have you guys ever heard of customer service before? Because Founders haven't. Let me tell you how bad, and asinine their understanding of customer service is. I do not even know if I work for these guys are they work for me. I have been with these guys over 10 months now. Everything was wonderful until I could not make my payment via cash anymore.
