We have banked with Founders for 5+ years, both personal and business banking. We have never had a negative experience at Founders. If you appreciate the people at your bank remembering your name and treating you like a human, then leave your "too big to fail" bank and give Founders a try.
Horrible experience at this bank - complained to manager and investment relations people and nothing, not even a response back. I would not do business with a company that has no sense of cstomer service or care.
