Foundcare was referred through my dad's insurance agency and Jennifer Hayes-Bethel was his Primary Care Doctor. We did not feel connected or heard and the communication was very poor. In the following weeks of seeing this Doctor,my father was rushed to the hospital suffering a heart attack. Upon discharge from the hospital, we needed a referral from Foundcare for the specific cardiologist that attended to my father but despite the numerous times I've called and left messages, no one got back to me. I would like to give a review for Violet Rodriguez. She is the Patient Navigator at Foundcare. She is the most amazing person I have ever met. I have gone to ,Foundcare for about 2.She is my go to person for everything..She has helped me through the Promisefund program or just someone to talk to, she is always there to listen & help.She is very resourceful & and always willing to help someone no matter what. I really don't know what I would have done, if I didn't have her around to help me. Thank You Violet!
I had my Dr for 23 years, and when he left the company, I had to find another Dr. That's when I found ( Foundcare on Okeechobee blvd) Dr Bethel is wonderful, she has a really nice bedside manner, very patient, explains things in detail, very professional too. Also Jauara on the front desk is very helpful, polite and professional aswell. Overall I am very happy with my experience with my new doctor.
