As I client of Foundations Wellness Center in Port St Lucie, Florida, I wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Although most of the staff was excellent, the Director Gary was cruel, and used threats and fear to control staff and clients. Treatment centers are supposed to work with court to rehabilitize clients. As soon as I got there, I informed Gary of my court issues. He never contacted court to verify i was there.
