Love this place Because The staff here really cares and are hear to help you with anything you need.
Foundations saved my life. I truly enjoyed my stay at both the center and housing. My concerns were always addressed and I truly enjoyed being with the other clients. I highly recommend their PHP program. Big shout out to Gary, Abby, Carrie, Kelly, Lauren, and all the techs.
Just wanted to say I was a client there for around 45 days or so and I am so thankful for the staff there... Really a great group of people who honestly want you to get better.... Especially thankful for my therapist Kari......She calls you on your BS and really has a servants heart....She puts as much in your recovery as you do.....and that means a lot....But really a great place to establish your recovery foundation....Like I said.... absolutely amazing Staff.....check it out..
First and foremost I want to honestly say that me coming to Port St. Lucie and my dad recommending me to come to foundations was a blessing in disguise and the time I spent here was a great experience that I needed to go through to become sober and become a better person for not only myself but for my friends and family as well….before I end this review I want to give a special shout out to a god sent angel and somebody who has helped me out a lot during my time there Mrs.Carrie….she is the best and I am glad to have had her... read more
