Really helped me with my recovery and mental health, the staff are amazing, housing was clean and welcoming, the therapist/counselors really have a awesome curriculum to help understand and cope with addiction and continuing my recovery after care. My therapist Carrie was amazing and helped me get out of my shell and deal with my traumas. Thank you so much Carrie and I will always appreciate you and trust the process because of you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I came here not knowing what my next day would bring me , broken and confused. Foundations and all the staff here help me find myself and they helped me pick the pieces back up and put them back together and I now feel stable enough to give life another shot . My therapist Carrie put me in check and showed me the right way to do things and the right way to think. Foundations was a life changing experience for me! It was the days you didnt want to get out of bed, but you did and they made it worth it. It was some of the best memories ill ever have. It was the laughs until your stomach hurts. It was the necessary tears. It was the healing because you actually took advantage of the time and effort the stuff puts into their program. It was realizing you're not just a client, you become part of a second family. Foundations is the true definition of after a storm comes a rainbow!
