As a parent of a child with autism who is learning to use an AAC device, I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this clinic. I clearly communicated concerns and requested a simple, short-term adjustment to my child's therapy approach to better support her regulation and independence. Would not send intake paperwork through mail then told me to come pick it up without saying they where closed Friday tried to go pick up intake forms today sat for about 30 mins while they sat an watched cackling instead of saying hey we are on lunch break or having a meeting we will get with you yada yada they completely ignored us
The receptionist is unprofessional, argumentative, clueless and rude. From the looks of the reviews.. that’s nothing new. What a great way to represent your family owned business. Especially when it comes to the well being of peoples children. Do better.
My baby is receiving services with them and I'm Grateful we got answers. It's sad to say, I put trust in other places that obviously failed to provide the real therapy my daughter should had received. Thank you Foundations Therapy.
