All the medical staff here were very attentive and lovely to work with.
I get infusions once every 4 weeks here at Foundations! Everyone in that place from the front desk all the way up to the surgeons/doctors are simply AMAZING! BIG shout out to the ketamine infusion crew!!
The staff here is wonderful! Dr. Rebecca Walker did the the cataract surgery on both eyes here, They were professional, kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. I love this place and Dr. Walker!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. My mom needed surgery on her back. After waiting weeks and calling over and over again, the Friday before the Monday surgery, I got a call saying we would owe almost 3000. Talk about getting someone in a corner. Oh and they prefer cash. Our doctor saw our distress and frustration the day of the surgery and said they should be in network and it shouldn't be that much. I called our insurance company and they stated that we were in network but we then found out my mom's plan was not. Th... read more
