Was lucky to have Andrea Carty as my therapist after brain surgery. She is very well educated in proper procedures and ensuring the patient has good results without pressure. She is truly an asset to the organization and has the patience and dedication needed to help individuals move forward.
What a great staff and owner. I'm the doubting thomas type and didn't think PT would help me but I was wrong. Foundations Therapy in Washington Twp. helped me tremendously with my L4L5 sciatica and drop foot issues. The facility is very clean and well run by it's staff. Appointments are always on time. Lauri is great. Very proficient and knowledgeable in her field.
This was my first time and I was so impressed with Debra. She is so knowledgeable and patient and kind and understanding. She was very gentle with me and I am so glad that I will be coming here for treatment. Great experience so far
