I really appreciate the work Dr Dylla and staff have done for me. I always feel safe, well cared for and leave knowing my problems are addressed. They communicate via text, email and phone something I really value as a busy person. I walk in and never wait more than a few minutes, I feel like there operate a very efficient manner 6 STARS!!!
I was initially hopeful about scheduling an appointment with this dental clinic, but the communication process was quite disappointing. The clinic reached out to me via text message to arrange an appointment. However, after I promptly responded to confirm, I received no further communication. Russell Dylla is the best Periodontist I have ever had! In the past 3 years I have seen 3 different Periodontists. Just had surgery today with Russell and he joked around, he was very kind and caring, and I didn't experience any pain or discomfort during the procedure.
