Jasmine is amazing! She is very gentle while also getting into the tissue to relieve pain and work on enhancing flexibility. Very knowledgeable and calming during the session. Session was a success!

I love coming to Foundations Movement for my regular sessions. Jasmine is so knowledgeable, providing a wonderful balance of active listening and sharing her expertise. She is intentional in the time that we have together, and takes great care in providing a massage experience that is personal and thorough. She is so comfortable to be around, and I feel so lucky to have found her. I look forward to our sessions, and highly recommend her to whomever will listen.

I've become such a huge fan of Jasmine. I have chronic neck pain and little by little, she's working it out in places that I had no idea was impacting my neck. She is a true professional, super knowledgable and intuitive, and a delightful person. I'd definitely recommend seeking out her services...unless she gets too busy for me - then find someone else. :)
