Momma has been with Foundations for about four months now, give or take. These folks are amazing. First off, know that hospice is not only for very end of life, I didn’t know that, they help in many other ways too. After a nasty fall and surgery and now wheelchair bound among other things she has, we decided to reach out to Mark of foundations (owner) for help and advice for momma. Love us some Mark!!!! Foundations Hospice has an excellent and caring team who cares about your loved one, but also you. Ashley, the nurse who i could call anytime, took care of my husband , who has passed and my Dad, who is in the Nursing home. My anniversary was coming up, and she knew my husband always got me something. She brought flowers and took a picture of us. He passed 3 days later. We were treated like part of their family. The whole team from the owner Mark to the nurses were excellent and so caring making sure my husband was comfortable and had everything he and I needed at this difficult time. They went above and beyond. I will be forever grateful.
