Foundations has been a great resource for my family. We’ve utilized individual counseling as well as couples counseling and even family counseling. They’ve been very accommodating to our busy schedule and easily adaptable with last minute needs or changes. Every counselor we’ve met has been patient and kind as well as resourceful.
They were so helpful and patient working with me to get the best time and day scheduled!
Wow the experience was been great. They have given me great hope in the process of seeing my children again. Very easy to get started and the staff help me throughout the whole process. Can say how happy I am!
Don't bother even trying to get into this practice. Like others have said it's extremely difficult to get a live human to answer the phone. I resorted to using their contact us method. I filled out all the paperwork, etc., and indicated that due to the specific issues I was seeking counseling for, there were only two counselors that indicated that they had the training to deal with my issues: James Taylor and Billy Heim. If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most unprofessional and infuriating experiences I've ever had with a mental health provider—and that's saying a lot. After multiple follow-ups on my end just to get an appointment set for my daughter, the day of the session arrived with no call, no Zoom link, and no phone number provided.
