I have only been going for a few sessions and have already learned many different tools to help with my mental health. I strongly recommend Foundations if you are in the Fort Collins area.
Very kind and professional. Communicated with me about counselors for my teenage children. Found matches for them individually. Feels like a really good fit. Was a very comfortable setting for them to get started on this journey to healing.
Today I met Viki for the first visit at Foundations. I was very pleased with our visit. My daughter went with me which I appreciated and so did my daughter After meeting Viki I look forward to our future relationship meetings. We were able to schedule the future meetings through August.
