I have loved my therapist and the new office staff is great.
The front office staff and owner of this facility have to be the worst I have experienced. It’s honestly shocking that they are dealing with people who struggle with mental health. All the owner cares about is making money and doesn’t truly care about the patients. I’m so thankful my daughter’s therapist is no longer there. When my daughter came down with a stomach bug I called them immediately to reschedule that morning. Absolutely love this place and the people especially Shawn Cox. I see her once a week and she has saved my life!
I have been a client since August 2024 and am very appreciative of the cleanliness of the lobby office area and the restroom areas. My therapist is top notch!
Caitlin is very helpful and listens, not just to respond but to understand. She makes me question my thinking and reasonings behind my feelings. 10/10
