I absolutely LOVE Foundations. They have helped me more than anyone in my life and I'm 50!!! Their office staff is amazing and helpful, very patient and loving. The counselor I have is the best and I love going to my sessions. My life has changed exponentially since starting with them 2 years ago. Their office is welcoming and comfortable.
We have been going to foundations for probably a couple months and we were having problems with marriage counseling. My private psychiatrist at another location suggested that we see a stronger marriage counselor and I informed the front staff of that. After about a week we finally got a phone call back from the owner Alicia and they set up an appointment and she was like a drill sergeant and a movie coming off the bus in Officer and a Gentleman or any other War movie. I have loved my therapist and the new office staff is great.
The front office staff and owner of this facility have to be the worst I have experienced. It’s honestly shocking that they are dealing with people who struggle with mental health. All the owner cares about is making money and doesn’t truly care about the patients. I’m so thankful my daughter’s therapist is no longer there. When my daughter came down with a stomach bug I called them immediately to reschedule that morning.
