They take a thoughtful holistic approach to determine how to best address each person's needs. No cookie cutter approach here. Every time I leave, I feel greater balance and flexibility - and always am provided with helpful hints on exercises, stretches and relaxation.
I started coming to Foundations almost a year ago. As someone with both fibromyalgia and chronic migraine, I have tried everything to reduce my pain and nothing has worked until I came to Foundations. My normal pain of a 6-7 went down to a 2-3 and my migraine days a month went from 15+ to 4 tops. Ben does an amazing job truly listening and getting know what is wrong. Foundations Chiropractic is my first chiropractic experience and it has been great and keeping me healthy during my training. I'm an endurance runner who sits at a desk all day so corrrecting my posture was very important to me. I schedule regular chiropractic adjustments and deep tissue massages at the same location and am very pleased with the results!
