There is a lovely Manager of colour and staff, polite and genuinely cares for carers. The staff take time to do lots of activities and programs for the children in care. Great org with good people.
Very supportive group and easy to communicate with. Having people who have your back....recognise the reality of carers and genuinely there for the kids.
Horrible management, would not recommend at all. Any other agency would be a better choice in the Toowoomba region. Toxic manager treats staff horribly and only cares about the numbers and not the carers or children in care. Zero stars.
