The Foundations is a great complex. My granddaughter decided she wanted to move there. The terms for lease are very good. The paperwork is easy to do. Miss Jackie helped us get everything done on time and was so good to work with. Thank you for all your help!

These apartments are very beautiful. The staff is very helpful and friendly and very professional. I had Ms Jackie as an advisor And She was able to answer all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for an apartment
Five stars. I’ve lived here for about three years and only had positive interactions with the maintenance team and the office staff. I’ve never had any issues. Surprisingly, the rent hasn’t gone up. This complex is unique because many of the units have two, or even three, sliding glass doors. I am not sure why, but I like all the natural light. My one bedroom apartment has four closets. It’s a great location and I feel safe here. It’s definitely worth checking out.
