Leasing office staff was helpful,
I absolutely love my stay here at Foundations at rivercrest !! I’ve been here for 5 years now and never had a problem .. no bugs or nothing because I hate bugs lol Any maintenance issues I have Milton and the crew always handles it quick. The leasing office is always super nice and responds to me on time .. especially miss Estela !!!! Great area you guys should check it out if you’re looking for a new place …

If there were a Maintenance Hall of Fame, Milton from Fountain at Rivercrest would be a first-ballot inductee! This guy is a wizard—fixing everything with patience, precision, and a smile, always going above and beyond. Leaky faucet? Fixed before you blink. AC on the fritz? Milton’s on it like a pro. The entire maintenance team is just as incredible—fast, friendly, and always treating every repair like it’s their own home. Living here is great, but knowing Milton and his crew have our backs? That’s the real luxury!
