I had a great experience touring the apartments here. I love all the amenities. Everything is clean and well kept, the pools and lake are really nice. Juan helped us out on our tour and he was very personable and knowledgeable, making the tour a breeze.
Really enjoyed touring this apartment complex! The property is clean and well-maintained with a beautiful view of the lake where ducks peacefully swim by. Juan was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the showing a breeze. It’s definitely somewhere our family is considering moving to. Highly recommend!

Horrific. Do not move here. Apartment was full of roaches when I moved in (they had me tour a different unit). After my first lease ended they tried to jack up the rent by several hundred dollars for renewal. Obviously, I moved. Before moving I asked the manager in the leasing office if a 30-day notice was sufficient to avoid early termination charges since I was now on a month-to-month plan, and he told me yes.
