Visited today and appreciated the professionalism and dedication to my health care. Camille and Devin are always pleasant and understanding of my needs.
I’m shocked and deeply disappointed by how I was treated during my last visit. The issue began when a nurse took my height while I was clearly wearing heels. I simply pointed that out and said, “Then you’ll have to measure my heel.” That lighthearted comment was met with an unexpectedly irritated and confrontational response from the nurse. I stayed calm and polite, but she reacted in a way that was entirely out of proportion. I have been going to Foundation of Maitland for a year and am 1 lb from my weight goal and my hormones are at a good level..Just had my second session with halo treatment and am totally seeing results in how my skin feels and looks..I have seen all the Drs but mostly Devin and she is so knowledgeable and listens to you..My life is so much better since I started going here thanks to the entire staff..I love Camille ..she is the best..
My lymphatic drainage facial with Dani was great! She explained a lot and gave me some good tips for skincare at home. I was also impressed with Leanne and the rest of the staff at Foundations! Everyone was so kind and patient, and they all genuinely seemed to enjoy working together and they were all happy to help! It was an excellent experience and I will definitely be going back regularly.
The staff is so kind and friendly here. Devin is kind, knowledgeable and an excellent PA.
