Well my case manager referred me to ascend. It’s amazing. There’s no drs and no nurses. You bring your own medicine if you have any. They have three rooms that are open right now. It’s a wonderful place. They cook breakfast lunch and dinner. And they usually have pop. Great place to rest and relax.

I have learned how to help myself . All peer support . No judgement .. very relaxing . I feel like I'm understood .. if needed I will comeback .. I highly suggest this place for anyone who needs clarity
The place is very very very clean ❤️ which helps. I'm super OCD ❤️ they tend to any need that you have ❤️ very laid-back staff but they are always there to help ❤️ The groups are really fun too. You leave feeling better versus most groups at other facilities. You leave feeling exhausted and tired ❤️
