Worst office ever been to.wait times for appointment over 1 1/2 hrs.don't return phone calls.don't refill needed RX on time! Awful save yourself the stress go to another Dr.

The staff here is totally incompetent! I have spent the past year having to call them repeatedly to put through referrals with my insurance company. Many times I have had to cancel appointments with specialists because the staff is not doing their job. Many times they have said they will "take care of it" and "call me back" and they never do. Ones Great, Still GREAT!!!! – Dear Jennymae: I don't know where you went to seek medical attention but it seems from your post you are mostly piss because they couldn't fill your control substances. As a patient of Foundational Health I can guarantee the service is remarkable and the physician spends a lot of time listening to my concerns. Once great, now awful – My husband and I both started seeing Physicians assistant Scott Murphy here as our family doctor. He is wonderful. Extremely helpful and very nice. Took his time listening to us and examining, always had an appointment available. And this may not be politically correct but he speaks english... as a first language. Unlike sever doctors I have seen in this area who I have a very hard time talking to because their English is hard to understand.
