Terrible communication. Refuse to answer emails. Paperowrk gets lost or forgotten. On the day of closing, they suddenly "remember" more late paperwork that needs to be signed. Disorganized. Do not really read emails and worst of all, they make plenty of mistakes. Skip this company.
