They were keeping in escrow. Jamie P and Dita have made the process super streamlined and have promptly answered my emails/questions allowing for a smooth and quick loan process. They have maintained professionalism and reassured clients during the closing process. I feel confident working alongside this team and would recommend that anyone who reaches out to this company ask for them in particular
I used them for a recent perchase and my experience was not smooth. They gave me the run around at 1st. Playing hot potatoe with my file. Finally somone was willing to complet the work just in time to close minutes before closing. Then they sent my check out late and my insuranace policy was cancelled. Very unprofessional.
