Tim Pratt just came out to my house at 5 pm to do an look over on my basement and the issues I was having. This man knows his stuff. He showed me what was wrong and then showed me other things that were happening. No one else had done that. Our experinced technician Brodie performed very well, showing us the devices he used in our basement to let us know why and how water was getting in and recommending us with the system nessesary to fix our problems best. We had effecient, professional communication layed out with in person demonstrations and visual aids when it came to where and how the system would be installed.
