Basement Authority did a wonderful job of lifting a concrete slab for me. David and Isaiah were so polite and helpful. They went above and beyond the call of duty by getting rid of a nest of copperheads that were under the concrete. They did a great job of cleaning up the job site and leaving it spic and span. I would certainly call them again and will recommend them to others.
Be careful when paying deposits. I paid 1500$ to begin work around my pool deck but had to cancel work because other pool work was necessary to better ensure a lift so. I financed through green sky and they will not return my money even though no work has been completed. I have called multiple days a week for the last 8 weeks and no one has returned my call or e mail. The repayment term has already started on my loan and no work has been done. I am paying for work that was never completed. Do not recommend this company!
Dave Weaver and Isiah did an excellent job leveling up our sidewalk. No more trip hazards. Dave was very clear in explaining what needed to be done and how he planned to do it. Very pleased with the final results
