I needed to get 2 hernias repaired. Dr. Mackey was in charge of my care. She is very pleasant, thorough and caring. She used the Davinci robot to perform my surgery. She laid out what to expect after surgery, and she did it accurately. Actually, although any time you have surgery, you will have some type of discomfort, what I experienced was far less than anticipated. I have had numerous surgeries at different hospitals. My last two at SNHMC my experience has been great. The staff makes you feel at ease and they care about me as a person. I would recommend this hospital and Dr. Brett Baker to anyone at all.

I had a VERY positive experience at Foundation Surgery. Specifically, I found Dr. Baker to be a really effective surgeon with a great bedside manner. He was thorough in his explanation of what the surgery would involve and what the recovery process would be like. In addition, his staff and the staff at the hospital provided great treatment and were very friendly. I’d highly recommend Foundation Surgery.
