If you like being bullied by sales reps for not choosing their service and be lied to by management. Then this is the place for you. Be careful who you let in your home. Read the fine print. Nothing the salesman offers you unless in written on the contract is covered. You waive your right to a jury trial when you sign with them. There are too many serious complaints about poor workmanship to waive that right. I usually don't write negative reviews but i have to speak on this one. 2018, i contracted FSS to evaluate my home for resolution of cracks that was in the kitchen. There were also very bad cracks visible from the outside. Long story short, it was recommended that i get piers put around back of home . 2 years later cracks have worsen towards the front.
