They treated my kids fine, but billing has been an absolute nightmare. They had me apply for a united healthcare grant and I have to submit everything through my new insurance. They didn't give me all the information that I needed and it's been dragging on for months; I still have not had anything acceptable to submit to the grant. Their lack of communication with insurance is incredibly frustrating. They are ok if you are in network, but if you're not stay away.
My son has thrived thanks to Foundation Therapy Services, he had a surgery as a 10 month old that changed the way he interacted with food moving forward. When we started at Foundation Therapy services mealtimes were an awful struggle that we both dreaded. Now my son at least tries everything on his plate. We have our moments but thanks to Foundations Therapy Services we have moved into a phase of peace at dinner time.
I am a licensed therapist in town and work with families. I frequently refer families to work with an OT at Foundation Therapy Services, because I have seen GREAT results from partnering with them. Clients I often send are those who are children with challenges regulating emotions/body boundaries/impulses. I highly recommend them!
The professionals at foundation therapy truly understand and care. We feel so blessed that they are the ones that work with our children. We believe that because of them our kids will be able to overcome the challenges they were born with
