Wonderful service! Most honest company around. Ben did a great job inspecting a crack in my basement. Clearly informed me of the outcome after the inspection. Also, I recommend you call them for a 2nd opinion if you already received a quote.
Had a great experience with this company. 100 yo lake house was sinking, had 30 Jack's and an i beam installed, as well as encapsulation and drainage. They showed up on time, and communicated very well.
I was super impressed with both Pete Konja -who did my initial estimate - and the team that came to do the work. They were very responsive and professional. The install team took care to keep down the dust and leave the work area clean. They also had to work in a confined space and around some obstacles, which they did successfully. Now I just need a good rainfall to ensure the solution works as planned!
If you have any foundation concerns this is the company to call!! I had a few cracks I was concerned with moisture seepage and Randy suggested I try to seal them the way I did with another first and see if I have any leakage after that.(they are very minor) If I still do, call back for an injection. My cracks were up higher vs lower and part of my basement is exposed to the elements.
