Good experience, beginning (sales) to end (installation). Everyone knowledgeable & easy to deal with.
We have an old cottage that was built in the 1930s. The crawl space has been damp and musty and we wanted to improve it. Randy came out and was very honest and thorough with his thoughts on what we needed to do. We had 4 other companies come out and they all just wanted to sell us more than we needed and tried to scare us into buying extras. Randy and his team were timely, courteous great communicators and absolutely hard-working. I would recommend them. They were a pleasure to work with.
Randy has really educated me for two weeks on my Foundation, Window well filling with rain with no drain, entering basement, cracks in the walls. Weeping tile etc.. Most important to listen and ask plenty of questions for other Restoration companies raising your temperature of $ & stress for repairs items and quotes that you didn't understand what they were talking about.
