Foundation Repair raised several concrete slabs adjoining my swimming pool. I wish they had warned me about possible side effects of the enormous pressure administered. Under both work locations there was PVC plumbing that became ruptured, causing leaks which reduced the pool water level by about an inch per day. The front of my house dropped over 1.5” due to underground water issues, creating significant problems. The team from Foundation Repair of CA, in Livermore, did a fantastic job of correcting the problem. Special thanks to Aristeo, Martin, Leivin and Ernesto for their great effort. I have to say I was very impressed with their work ethic. Can’t say enough about their great work.
I regret choosing Foundation Repair of CA for my concrete leveling project. Aside from poor worksmanship and refusal to take accountability for damages (disguised as a prolonged wait with no end in sight), I also experienced defective communication (e.g. "The team will be there tomorrow to fix...", and then they don't show up because they decided the weather isn't right, but forgot to tell me). This is our third year as a member of the “care club” and just had our annual maintenance performed. We cannot say enough good things about Emmanuel. His memory & attention to detail are remarkable. He’s truly an asset to Foundation Repair. Our only complaint is that he wasn’t around when we originally had our family room foundation corrected.
