I have struggled to really know what to write about my experience with FRS.. On one hand, everyone I dealt with at their company seem extremely nice and easy to work with(Which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1). Hunter Holmes, inspector for Foundations Recovery Systems was very helpful. He was on time, excellent pre arrival communication. He was cordial while here, offering to wear white booties in the house over his shoes and very polite. Thorough! Spent time educating me and showing me all the options for helping me with my crawl space. Look forward to seeing good quality work! More to follow with the actual work, but the initial inspection and consultation gets 5 stars easily.
We started having issues closing our door to the garage indicating a possible foundation issue - i called Foundation Recovery Systems and was contacted by CFI Hunter Holmes. We agreed on a time and Hunter came out and got down and dirty in the crawl space area below our house. After about 3 hours Hunter came out, took another 40 minutes or so to put together a report, and then we sat down to see what he found. Stephen came out today to assess my crawl space foundation. He is very professional, kind, and knows his stuff. He provided pictures, recommendations, and a sound plan of care for my house that was built in 1930. His estimate for the job is fair and doable.
