I worked with Wayne on the inspection and estimate, which illustrated the problems and some good things we'd done prior. Jordan and his co-workers (Jason, I think- sorry if I got this wrong, and Stephan) came out, did the work carefully, and were polite and courteous throughout the several days, despite the heat. Bought a house that had a foot of standing water underneath due to a leaking spigot. Plumber fixed the leak then Foundation Recovery Systems came out and installed a triple sump system, permanent dehumidifier, fully encapsulated the crawlspace and added 3 steel beams to ensure the house doesn't sag overtime. Wayne was the most professional and informative salesman we had come to our house, all the other guys spent maybe 15 minutes and threw us a quote. This guy spent about 2 hour measuring everything and laid out a floor plan. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WILL REFER HIM NO DOUBT.
Brian German came out to inspect our foundation, crawl space, and sump pump and he did a fabulous job explaining all his findings to us. He took great pics of the issues and recommended necessary next steps. Highly recommend!
