I’ve had to call multiple times to have technicians come out to fix something done wrong. The drain hose on the dehumidifier, 2 calls to finally get the electrician to figure out why the electrical system started humming right after he hooked up the dehumidifier on its own circuit. Now the dehumidifier is completely off, doesn’t turn on at all and the salesman who sold me on this company said he’d get right on it. Absolutely the worst experience in 20 some years of homeownership. I should've known better when the 23-year-old shaky chain-smoking kid came to work on my house. My gut said no but was trying to get my ducks in a row. .. I have photos of the job done on my historic home.
