Indiana Foundation quoted me a price of ********** for jacking up and leveling my floors and replace sub floor in kitchen. they requested ********* down payment. said it would be a 2 day job. it took nearly 2 weeks and a very inexperience crew of very young guys doing the work they misjudged everything making holes in floor too big and not fixing them.and when done using my 5ft level showed a gapping sag of 1" in a 5ft span. We contacted *** to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to get the back porch fixed on our home. After Mr. ****** came out and had a look he sent us a write-up stating we needed ******* worth of repairs done to our foundation. The estimate included fixing a shifting foundation and other things under the house. Let me add that he never went under the house. I inquired of Mr. ****** how all of this could be possible. I would highly recommend not using this company. The salesman is very good but the work is not. You will have to higher more people to finish the job so plan alot more cost then what is quoted. They damaged walls, siding, & water lines which had to be fixed (they did fix this) In the end the new wall had area of wetness when it rained only 2 inches. This review is for the *** location servicing Huntsville, AL. I would not recommend having them do any work in your home if you have other options. First, the salesman that comes out to provide a quote will make promises that will never be kept and will be extremely high pressure until the deal is signed and then he disappears. They did an outstanding job. I was very appreciative that every morning Shane told me what his crew(Tyree and Evan) were going to do and then they showed me the photos. Very impressed with the work they did and have told my friends about it
This was my one year inspection and Chaun ****** was my technician. He arrived ahead of schedule, very polite, patient in explaining what he was looking for and telling me what to look for when I periodically check the unit. He told me to contact him if I ever had any questions or concerns. My service was great and I would refer the company and Chaun to others.
Luis *** Jose *** and Jasiel ** did an excellent job with our crawlspace encapsulation. They were pleasant to have around and were extremely professional.
Daniel and Cameron were friendly and accommodating and quick to get the job done! I would have them come back anytime if I need them for any reason Great install crew!
