Worst company to deal with ever. Called them for a quote in Jan. 2021 to level out my floors and the original salesman Brian **** came out and was very professional and easy to work with. He quoted me ***** to do the job. We did not get the job done then due to lack of funds. We had are currently trying to sell our house so we called them back out to get a updated quote to get the job done this past month. Justin, Ethan, and Joel were great to work with. They were on time and made quick work of our structural fix, all the while taking the time to explain what they are doing. Highly recommend!
Got a track system installed to waterproof our basement. Communication was good, cost competitive and some items we thought would need done were not an issue which reduced the costs. Josiah C, Mike D and Noah H were very good about taking my questions and being proactive reaching out when they had questions or needed decisions by me.
We used Ohio Basement Authority for repairs needed in our basement. Travis Burkart, Field Inspector, met with us and told us what was needed and what to expect with the repair process. Everything Travis told us would happen, did happen! The first crew that stabilized our basement, Zane P, Curtis H & Jordan A, did an outstanding job of explaining the procedure, the equipment they used and how it worked. Thus far I am extremely pleased with this company, Preston **** was excellent on figuring out the problem. Super clear on what the problems/solutions would be and I feel he went above and beyond with everything even came back a second day to work around my schedule.

Mitch ******** came to do my annual check up. He called to let me know he was on the way and his expected time of arrival. He did a thorough inspection of the basement and made sure water was flowing freely to the street. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me some options to further protect the foundation. Very prompt to inspect my foundation issues and recommend their solution at a reasonable price. Scheduled work a week and a half out. Very courteous sales representative. Cameron & Javon arrived on time. Also very courteous. They worked together well as a team. Cameron was obviously more experienced and was the leader.
