They responded quickly after I called to report the backup alarm was chirping. One of the floats was stuck. They repaired it right away.

Had service tech Steve Richardson arrive to resolve a problem with our sump pump. He was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem as well as reviewed a more updated system that would be better for our needs based upon our household, which we decided to proceed with to increase our independence on others.
The guys were great that came out and did the work. However, they didn't complete all the work I was told would be done by the salesman which is everything I paid for. They shorted the waterproofing by 3 feet and never put the water drainage holes into the wall. The salesman never went over the electrical that would be required so when the sump pump was installed, the only hookup for it was my washer and dryer outlet. When I called the saleman he wanted to charge nearly $*** to put in an outlet. I called a company and had an... read more

We are pleased with the crack repair done in our unfinished basement. Ian, Allen, and Drake did a wonderful job. So polite. They cleaned everything in the work area very well, covered our floors where they would be going in and out at. Most of all, they welcomed supervision by our lovely little guy, Peanut.
Mitchell Spurlock gave great same day service. Very professional and friendly.
The specialist who came out in October was nice and explained everything and we thought we were in good hands despite the 4 month wait. In those four months the specialist was awful at returning communication, sometimes needing multiple attempts at times to get a response. We weren't ever fully communicated with on what to expect for the waterproofing work, and when I asked I was ignored until the specialist passed me off to someone else I'd never spoken to before, only one day before the job was scheduled. This company has been great. From the beginning salesman to the hard workers to the yearly service guys. ItÂ’s all been a positive experience. My most recent service tech was Kenny Sizemore and he was great! Listened to my opinions and educated me on the drain system as well as educated me on the other features the company offered like dehumidifiers and foam sealing the top of the foundation. Really took his time and went the extra mile! Thank you!!!
