Before I start the actual review I'd like to say that I first called the Basement Doctor who came out and spent about 20 minutes telling me how they can do the job, no problem, etc. etc. etc. then when he saw the narrow entrance to my crawl space he started making excuses and giving reasons why they couldn't do the job. I then called Ohio Basement Authority. OBA sent Charlie who wasn't afraid to enter the crawl space, in fact he spent about 2 hours down there measuring, planning, plotting, taking pics and forming a plan. Cha... read more
The sales rep, is a pro, very knowledgeable. Presented 3 options for repair and explained in detail each process. When the work crew arrived, they reviewed the plan, explained the process, and got to work. When the job was completed your Forman had me inspect their work for final approval. I would recommend your team. 5 stars!

I would NOT recommend FSM to do any work! I gave them a **** deposit on November 4th,2021 then I had to cancel November 6th,2021, within the Michigan 3 day law of "cooling down period". They sent me a check ******* on December 21, 2021. Then I find out that Bruce no longer works for FSM. I have been working with the office manager who has to contact corporate. Corporate (accounting) is ignoring the office manager too. Why is corporate not refunding my ******** I have been very patient November 2021 to today February 25th, 20... read more

We have some sheetrock cracks in our home caused by settling. We contacted AFS for an estimate. James J****** inspected the house and explained what needed to be done to stabilize it. We contracted AFS to do the work he recommended. Mr. J****** was very thorough and explained the whole process for us. William H., Ashod A. and Zach L. were the team members sent to do the work. They were friendly and personable as well as professional. They got the work done quickly and we were very pleased with the outcome.

We had our basement waterproofed by Baker's years ago. It has been great. Just had yearly service done. Steve ******** was the inspector. He was on time and courteous. He did a thorough job and explained what he was doing. He also put our stuff back the way it was and cleaned up before he left. Thank you.

I have used DryPro in December 2021 and February 2022 yesterday. The work they did under my house was well done. I had foundation, insulation and dry barrier done. I would use them again- especially Cody B and Chad R. Really all the workers did a great job. My only complaint was not really a central person to call, it seemed I talked to multiple people over the last three months to coordinate everything. Bryan S Charlotte, NC
