At my estimate appointment John McFarland was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Atilio, Brutan, and Jose were very professional and completed my crawlspace encapsulation in only a few hours. They cleaned up everything after they were done and it didn't even look like they had been in my home. I would highly recommend the Ohio Basement Authority to anyone thinking of taking on this type of project.

To start we were promised a price match with the company we were going to go with and bc Basement Authority was going to use more wall anchors at the same price and the ability to finance 0 percent for the first year we decide to go for it. On contract day, it was revealed that the price match promised was not going to happen (this was a complete surprise) though bc of an ordinance by the city to get the work done we felt we had to move forward. Atilio, Brayan, and Jose did an absolute fantastic job of installing a sump pump and waterproofing our basement. They also installed a French drain outside and connected it to the drainage from the sump pump. Atilio explained everything during the three long days of really hard work and showed so much care in the quality of their work. The job was messy but they cleaned everything before leaving.
