We had our basement wall reinforced with engineered plates and a drain system put in our basement around 2 walls with a dump pump that drains to outside. We also had a commercial dehumidifier put in. Nathan G., Robert S., and Andy L. were phenomenal workers. There was no standing around or down time. They can and worked hard and got everything done in a timely manner. We had our crawl space encapsulated with a sump pump and humidifier. The job was no easy task but the men working on it made it as comfortable as possible. The men were very professional and did a great job in our crawl space. Brian josh and Trenton thanks for all your hard work. They cleaned up afterwards and the crawl space looks great.
Atilio and his crew did a great job installing the drainage system, environment seal, and backup battery for our sump pump in our flooding crawlspace. The whole process was fast and clean. We haven't had any flooding issues since. Thanks Ohio Basement Authority!
Company started and completed project in timely manner and provided good customer service explanation about job.. All workers performed in a professional manner.
