Foundation Recovery came out and did the annual inspection on the crawl space encapsulation they completed last year. We required additional jack supports in our crawl space and within 4 days, Jon, Paul, and Jeff came to install the additional jacks. They did the install within 3 hours, they were quick, clean, and professional. Overall FRS has been great to work with and I feel they provide value for the cost. Our energy bills are lower and the air quality in the house is better.
FSM Grand Rapids is outstanding! I had some concerns after reading the negative reviews here but my salesman explained that all three locations are lumped together here on BBB and that their problem location is in Livonia, MI. My experience with them has been excellent from day one!
Did an awesome job on my crawl space. Crew members were Aldin Z., Devin M., Justin R., Tristan B.. Did a great job cleaning up. After they finished, my garage was cleaner than they started.
Stephen, Arron and Noel was on the crew that took care of my basement waterproofing needs. They completed the job after a turbulent start that was no fault of theirs. It was a learning experience for all. Basement looks good and I havenÂ’t had any water in it since installing. I was satisfied with how Stephen recovered from the confusion the salesman caused. Overall, I would recommend fsm to other potential customers.

Not as advertised. Pictures are misleading. Wording on the website is a tad hard to understand. I missed a day of work because the last call prior to work told me I had to be here. The salesman said I didn't but when I spoke with him again after the work was done he said that was an error and said I only needed to be here for checking out what was done. Judd was the rep. He was punctual, very courteous, thorough & professional. We ordered an Egress window & Rockwell system. NO high pressure! The installers were superb! The guys really did a great job from start to finish. They were courteous, cleaned up & left NO mess. We were shown how easy our window & egress is to operate. The window is secured with three long “deadbolts”. We feel very secure. The window slides up as an option to allow fresh air. Foundation Recovery Systems came out yesterday and repaired our concrete sidewalk and driveway. I was extremely pleased with the work and also with the professionalism of Daryn and Richard. Daryn explained the process and answered all my questions and concerns before beginning work. I was amazed at how efficiently they coordinated with each other and their attention to detail. Foundation Recovery Systems did a fantastic job repairing and stabilizing the foundation of a home I own. Brandon P, Kabel B, and Robert S were very helpful and answered all my questions before and during the process. When we discovered that we needed to do additional work, they went right to work on the change order and everything looks fantastic. I am very happy with the outcome.
