Cody & Andrew Jones arrived when they said they would, started the project, and immediately went to work. Once the job was completed, they explained what theyÂ’d done and cleaned up after themselves. Both young men were polite and knowledgeable. Cody even kicked the soccer bell with our grandson. Very professional young men!

The best surprise ever on what felt like the worst problem to have as a homeowner. Tack on the pandemic and the experience it feels like when 'no one' really cares or bothers returning phone calls or truly providing service to begin to question anything and everything. Ohio Basement Authority completed rocked it for us today. We had a full four person team tackle two jobs today. We promptly got our check in call a little after 8 am and these four promptly showed up at 830 am and just completed our jobs a little after 230 pm.... read more

Mike, Dillon & Brady did an excellent job. Functionality of crawl space was improved from a moisture and insulation standpoint. They showed up on time, communicated well through the process and completed the job 1/2 day sooner than promised. Crawl space is now pristine.
