Had a great experience. Zach H, Nick F, Roger W, Ryan R, Jeremy R were professional and efficient. The crews' appearance was clean, at least when they started work! Pleasant and respectful. We also had an egress window installed, unfortunately I can't remember the two young men's names. They were also professional in appearance and presentation. I'm sorry I can't remember their names! I would recommend using Ohio Basement Authority.

Ohio Basement Authority does excellent work. The crew of Tommy H., Kyle R., and Michael C. were fantastic. They were quick and efficient. They did a great job, explained beforehand what was going to be done and gave me regular updates. Once they finished, they cleaned up and gave me a final walkthrough. If I ever have basement issues again I will definitely be calling Ohio Basement Authority.

Just purchased a new dehumidifer at my annual maintenance visit. Mitchell S******* provided excellent information about keeping my home safe and dry. The first unit installed was unfortunatley defective from the manufacturer, but he was back in less than 24 hours with another unit which he meticulously made sure was operational and in good running order. And my dogs loved him! We are happy campers, high and dry. No hassle service much appreciated. Comments

They kept a very clean worksite.
