Ohio Basement Authority installed a sump pump with dedicated electrical service and battery back-up. The connections to a dry drain in the backyard were a little tricky but the crew (T. Ludwig, P. Quier, J. Lundy and W. Hamler) did a masterful job. Very professional installation and communications with the homeowner. I would recommend them without reservation. Good job guys!
Steven R with Ohio Basement Authority completed our annual inspection. He was very professional and courteous. He did a very thorough job with the inspection and explained all that he checked very thoroughly. Rick came a few weeks ago to give us an idea what needed to be done to stabilize out porch and patio on our home that was built in 1924. He explained and gave an estimate, a reasonable price considering everything done on homes this age seems to be astronomical. The amount he estimated was the final price, no added expenses. Every year we have the Ohio Basement Authority inspect our sump pump system (and battery backup), as well as our crawl space that has been protected by their lining product (so we can use it as a storage area). Yesterday during our inspection we learned that everything is in very good working order, and that there is little to no sediment in our sump pump hole (which may extend the life of our pump!). Rick ***** and Luke * came to install a ****** sub-floor drainage system in our home addition garage on 11/11/20 and were punctual in their arrival. Rick was clearly the senior person of the two and did most of the technical work. Rick was super knowledgeable, a great communicator, and an extremely hard worker. Excellent experience from the start! Ron with the inspection and William C and his outstanding crew. They were very professional - left my home and crawl space in wonderful condition! I appreciated the phone call/or in person conversation before they came each day with the project that needed to be done and the time frame they would be at my house -always punctual and very courteous.
