When we contacted Ohio Basement Authority we had a drafty , smelly crawlspace. Ohio Basement Authority did a fantastic job on the encapsulation of our dingy, drafty and musty crawlspace. The three gentlemen Atilio, Brayan, and Jose performed the work in a timely and professional manner. They really took pride in there work. I chose this company after having about 5 different companies look at the job. ANdrew was very courteous and helpful as the salesman so I went with them. Then the workers case and were absolutely great at getting the job done, explaining things to me as they went. They had to stabalize the house with new beams and jacks and also waterproofed the entire basement. Ohio Basement Authority did my basement in 2018. Steven ********** came out recently to check my sump pump and any other issues but there were none. He answered my questions and made me feel very good about the choice I made. It's wonderful to know that he will look out for me and be there if I need him for anything. Thank you Steven!

We had a water problem in our basement in addition to several walls needing stabilized. We contacted Ohio Basement Authority and Joe Dials came to inspect, make recommendations and give us a quote. He seemed quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Will and his crew came on the scheduled days, worked steadily, and were courteous in addition to knowing exactly what to do. As part of the City of Columbus Blueprint effort I was eligible to have a sump pump installed by the Ohio Basement Authority. They scheduled a date, let me know in advance when they were showing up, and arrived and completed the installation. The workers, Thomas L., Peyton Q. and Justin L. were all very professional, answered all my questions, were respectful of my property, cleaned up after completing the work and did and excellent job which exceeded my expectations. I was very pleased with the work done by Ohio Basement Authority on the craw space in my condo.
