On September 4, we had some foundation work done on our driveway. We could not be more pleased with the service and quality of work we received. The field superintendent, Corey Holliday, was very professional and thorough in his explanations to us. The two gentlemen who came to do the work,  Chris and Trey were fabulous. So helpful, so careful, cleaned up everything perfectly and they were very pleasant to meet and work with. I would highly recommend your company. Thank you for your service. Dee, Golden Eagle, Il.

Unfortunately, my interaction with Foundation Recovery Systems was extremely unpleasant. When I called to request a bid based on a licensed structural engineer's report, I spoke with someone on the service side. The person I spoke with quickly dismissed me by saying, "so you want us to trust someone else", "that's not how we do business," and the way he spoke to me was unnecessary rude and abrasive. I would like to thank Jeremy Raby, Luca Bates, Nathan Kicks, and Travis Clark for all the hard work they did on my place in Carbondale. I waited until after it poured down rain and the ditches in front of my house filled with water as that is the sign that my basement is going to take on water. I went downstairs and not a drop of water could be found. Job well done!!!

On January 8, 2024 FRS came to fix the foundation problem that had developed under my slab home. The method they used was successful in raising the floor back up to meet the walls but some of the expanding foam used came up through an unknown crack in the slab and settled and hardened under my interlock flooring causing the floor to rise up high and impossible to walk on. On February 20th, the crew of Dalton, Seth, Sam, and Bradley reinforced my hundred-year-old cellar. This is an amazing crew of young men, so polite, wonderfully efficient in their work, always communicating about all aspects of the job and timeline, cleaning up after themselves, and being totally responsible! They imbue a work ethic that is not often seen these days. I highly recommend them for your foundation job!
