Don't use foundation realty. Buying your first home should be an exciting and fun experience ,but it was the complete opposite. Bought a house using trisha dowden as my agent. Love the house, but i think financially it was a bad decision. The whole negotiation process was very upsetting. Felt like i was negotiating with Trisha instead of the sellers.
