That they have a horrible turnaround due to understaffed and overworked employees. There is no raises or appreciation for the staff in the slightest. They expect their employees to take on heavy workload and penalize them if they make mistakes. They don’t pay a livable wage. This is not a company that cares about their employees.

I was not offered a position but instead told "this position pays $13 an hour. Is this something you're still interested in?" After reading the reviews and realizing that is NOT even minimum wage--HARD pass Ashley Randolph. Good luck with that.

This company doesn't take care of its employees. No raises, no bonuses, not even a 2 lb ham on Thanksgiving or Christmas. Yet they want us to go above and beyond for these families and bleed every dollar out of them. They start out newbies with no experience the same rate of pay as seasoned employees. They pay the women that work there far less then the men even if they are experienced and licensed. Do better for your employees FPG!

Hi. I just saw that there were only 7 reviews for this company and I like even numbers so ill make # 8....but wow 2.9 for a funeral home company ? Dang.....Of all the industry/businesses you should have great reviews for this is one of them. But maybe they will have a funeral of their very own
