Absolutely awful service here. I could go on a whole rant about my experience but I want because they aren't even worth the words. 0/10
Shut down this horrible place.
I think there visiting hours are ridiculous also unwilling to accommodate a brief visit to my partner who was severely ill. I certainly understand the need for safety. But where’s the compassion and flexibility it’s unfortunate.

Recommended RecommendedGreat Drs and Nurses. But as I sit here in the ICU family waiting room I am surprised at the lack of amenities. No cups to get a drink of water, no charging station for cell phones, no snacks. Also there should be a couple of smaller rooms as there may need to be more than one family meeting with Doctors. For such an important need it is lacking.
5 hours in a waiting room followed emergency room staff with demeaning and insensitive bedside manner. While there is a long story to tell, the end result is that I will never use the SNHMC emergency room again.
